Zur Anfertigung von echten Rost-Effekten auf sämtlichen bemalbaren Oberflächen –
Anwendungstipps :
– Den Untergrund gut reinigen und entfetten
– Auf sehr glatten Flächen empfiehlt sich der Auftrag einer Grundierung
Handelsüblicher Kunststoff- oder Metallhaftgrund in Sprühdosen (Baumarkt)
– Die Lösung mit der Eisengrundierung gut schütteln und auftragen
– Ca. 1 Stunde trocknen lassen
– Eine zweite Schicht auftragen und antrocknen lassen
– Jetzt die Oxidationslösung mit einem wegwerfbaren Pinsel auftragen
und den Rostvorgang beobachten
Je nach Wunsch des Verrostungsgrades kann der Vorgang nach Durchtrocknung wiederholt werden.
Für den Ganzjahres-Außeneinsatz empfiehlt sich eine Fixierung mit Klarlack matt.
Es empfiehlt sich vorab einige Versuche an verschiedenen Materialien vorzunehmen,
um sich mit der Anwendung vertraut zu machen,
z.B. an Kunststoffachsen als Dekoration im Bahnbetriebswerk.

For creating real rust effects on all paintable surfaces
Application Tips :
– Clean and degrease the surface well
– On very smooth surfaces it is recommended to apply a primer –
Commercially available plastic or metal primer in spray cans (DIY store)
– Shake the solution with the iron primer well and apply
– Leave to dry for approx. 1 hour
– Apply a second coat and allow to dry
– Now apply the oxidation solution with a disposable brush and observe the rusting process –
Depending on the degree of rusting desired, the process can be repeated after drying –
For year-round outdoor use, we recommend fixing with clear lacquer matt.
It is recommended to carry out some tests on different materials in advance,
to become familiar with the application, e.g. on plastic axles as decoration in the railway depot.
