The corona virus and its effects on the model railway industry

Bei viele Bauteilen und Komponenten aus China kommt es zu Lieferengpässen,
die für unsere Produktion und Entwicklung und somit auch für unsere Kunden zu unkalkulierbaren Lieferzeiten führen.

Aktuell sind aufgrund des Corona-Virus unsere Lieferketten aus China unterbrochen
und es ist leider nicht absehbar, welchen Verlauf das Ganze nimmt.

Wir bitten somit um Ihr Verständnis.

Aufgrund des Corona-Virus und auch der Unruhen in Hongkong rechnen wir mit längeren Lieferzeiten der Neuheiten-Auslieferungen.

Dies betrifft speziell die Region, wo die Fertigung unserer Kunststoff-Figuren stattfindet.
Das Werk ist derzeit geschlossen und es ist momentan nicht absehbar, ab wann wieder produziert werden kann.

Die Produktion der Metall-Figuren findet an einem anderen Standort statt und läuft derzeit noch normal.

Wir werden uns um annehmbare Lieferzeiten kümmern, so weit wir das beeinflussen können.

There are supply problems for many parts and components from China,
which lead to incalculable delivery times for our production and development and thus also for our customers.

Currently our supply channels from China are interrupted due to the corona virus
and there is no telling how it will turn out.

Due to the corona virus and also the unrest in Hong Kong, we are expecting longer delivery times for new product shipments.

This concerns especially the region where the production of our plastic figures takes place.
The factory is currently closed and it is not foreseeable at the moment when production can be started again.

The production of the metal figures takes place at another location and is currently still running normally.

We will try to find acceptable delivery times as far as we can influence that.
