MAS 8442000
Neun Jahre war der Automatische Entkuppler (MAS 8414002) im Einsatz.
Jetzt wird er durch die neue Rangierkupplung abgelöst, welche nicht nur anders aussieht,
sondern auch im Betrieb sich deutlich unterscheidet.
Er zeichnet sich u.a. durch eine vollständig überarbeitete Steuerelektronik mit Endschalter und steckbarem Anschlusskabel,
einer neuartigen Entkupplungsplatte nebst Trittbrettern und einem neuen Kupplungshaken aus.
Die Entkupplungsplatte ist in optisch ansprechender Riffelblech-Optik ausgeführt,
mittels derer auch die symmetrische Kupplung abgekuppelt wird.
Auch manuelles Entkuppeln per Hand wird nun durch die zwei kleinen, seitlichen Trittbretter komfortabel ermöglicht.
Wem diese Trittbretter nicht gefallen, können diese ganz einfach mit einer Zange abgetrennt werden.
Die Rangierkupplung wird mittels einer Schraube an der Stelle befestigt, an der vorher die Bügelkupplung montiert war.
Für LGB und PIKO liegt das passende Befestigungsmaterial bei.
Mit dem beiliegenden Anschlusskabel wird der Entkuppler mit dem Decoder verbunden
(erstmals verfügt auch der Entkuppler über eine eigene Anschlussbuchse).
Mittels Endschalter justiert der Entkuppler sich bei jeder Inbetriebnahme selbst.
Bei dem ersten Schalten über den Handregler fährt der Motor so weit zurück,
bis der Haken an den integrierten Endschalter kommt und abschaltet.
Die neue Rangierkupplung ist für jeden handelsüblichen Digitaldecoder geeignet.
Durch die integrierte Pufferung kann er auch an Decodern mit unzureichender Ausgangsstabilisierung einwandfrei arbeiten.
The automatic uncoupler (MAS 8414002) was in use for nine years.
Now it is being replaced by the new shunting coupler, which not only looks different, but also differs significantly in operation.
It features, among other things, completely revised control electronics with limit switch and pluggable connection cable,
a new type of uncoupler plate together with running boards and a new coupler hook.
The uncoupling plate has a visually appealing checker plate design, which is also used to uncouple the symmetrical coupler.
Manual uncoupling by hand is now also conveniently possible thanks to the two small side running boards.
If you don’t like these running boards, they can easily be removed with pliers.
The shunting coupler is attached by means of a screw to the place where the bracket coupler was previously mounted.
For LGB and PIKO, the appropriate mounting material is included.
With the enclosed connection cable the uncoupler is connected to the decoder
(for the first time the uncoupler also has its own connection socket).
By means of a limit switch, the uncoupler adjusts itself each time it is put into operation.
At the first switching via the hand controller, the motor retracts until the hook reaches the integrated limit switch and switches off.
The new shunting coupler is suitable for any commercially available digital decoder.
Due to the integrated buffering, it can also work properly on decoders with insufficient output stabilization.
